Pablo Navarro is Softtek’s AI Agentic Engineering Lead and part of the Innovation team, where he helps retail clients bring AI-driven transformation ideas to life. His work focuses on voice-enabled solutions, agentic engineering, and AI-powered coding accelerators that support faster innovation and measurable business impact.

In 2023, Pablo was part of the first generation from Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of Latin America’s leading universities, selected to attend the Apple Developer Academy in Italy, where he strengthened his expertise in software engineering, innovation, and user-centered digital experiences.

He has also shared his expertise as a speaker at technology and supply chain forums, including the Apple Hackathon and the Supply Chain Summit.
