After receiving his MBA at Stanford and a decade in corporate finance, Hanson founded Salt Partners, a food and beverage holding company. His first acquisition was Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream, a cult favorite in the San Francisco Bay Area. He's lived with the Problem with Ice Cream firsthand from his stores, to grocery stores, to partnership with UberEats and DoorDash. In 2024 he founded Peltier Technology to develop innovative refrigeration solutions for our omnichannel commerce world.
