Chad Petersen is a senior eCommerce and omnichannel executive with more than 26 years of experience leading enterprise digital transformation across retail and consumer businesses. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Digital and eCommerce for Alex Lee, Inc., where his team oversees omnichannel strategy for more than 150 stores across their Lowes Foods, KJ’s Market, and IGA banners. Chad’s organization is responsible for digital platforms, eCommerce fulfillment and logistics, marketplaces, BOPIS, personal shopping programs, and the end-to-end digital guest experience. He is passionate about building high-performing teams who can scale omnichannel capabilities that drive enterprise growth.
